Looking to Return or Exchange?

Here at MILK & WATER, we offer you 30 days to change the way you bottle feed on the move (14 days if you bought it in a sale period).

If for whatever reason you don’t love your MILK & WATER bottle, we are happy to accept undamaged goods in original UNUSED condition for a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately we can't give a full refund if the bottles have been used and we can't offer exchanges on sale items.

Returns are normally processed in 1-2 weeks and a full refund will be made back onto the card the goods were purchased on.

Please note return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
